Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect on milusu.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
milusu.com is run by MILUSU INC. Our address is 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37611, Casper, WY 82609, USA. You can reach us at hello@milusu.com.
What we collect
When you join the presale list, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- which penguin you prefer, if you choose one (Grey Penguin, Brown Penguin, The Pair (Grey + Brown) or Not sure yet);
- your consent to receive presale emails, and when you gave it.
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for payment details. No payment is taken through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email to send you news about the MILUSU presale: when orders open, and the details you need to place one. Your color preference helps us plan how many of each penguin to make. We will not send you unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives and stores presale form submissions on our behalf. Netlify processes this information only to provide its service to us. We may use an email provider to send presale emails.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your presale details while the presale is running, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. After that, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct or delete your information.
To make any of these requests, email hello@milusu.com. We’ll reply within a reasonable time, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to presale submissions is limited to MILUSU. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll let presale guests know by email.
